This Privacy Policy explains how Bada Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as BADA ("BADA," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and otherwise processes personal information when you use the BADA mobile application, website, livestreams, chat features, giveaway features, shopping features, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
BADA is a live shopping, entertainment, product discovery, and promotional giveaway platform. Users may watch livestreams, interact in chat, discover featured products, enter BADA-sponsored giveaways, purchase physical goods where available, and claim prizes if selected as potential winners.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect from or about users of the Service, including viewers, hosts, giveaway entrants, potential winners, prize winners, shoppers, users who contact us, and users who interact with BADA through our app, website, livestreams, support channels, or related services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, services, payment processors, app stores, shipping providers, carriers, or other third parties that we do not control, except to the extent this Privacy Policy describes information we disclose to them.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information directly from you, automatically from your device and use of the Service, and from service providers, app stores, hosts, brands, shipping partners, payment processors, and other users where relevant to the Service.
A. Account and Profile Information

- profile photo or avatar, if the feature is available and you choose to upload one

C. Livestream, Chat, and Public Interaction Information
If you use public or interactive features, we may collect:

- stream viewing history
- bookmarked streams
- moderation records
- reports submitted by users
- enforcement records
Livestreams, chat messages, usernames, entry actions, and other public interactions may be visible to hosts, brands, viewers, and other users.
D. Giveaway Entry and Prize Information

E. Order, Purchase, Shipping, and Fulfillment Information
If you place an order, claim a prize, or receive a shipment, we may collect:
- full name and shipping name
- mailing address including street, city, state, postal code, and country
- phone number for delivery or support, if provided
- order details, shipping and tracking information, and transaction identifiers
- payment status and refund, cancellation, or chargeback records
- limited payment information provided by payment processors, such as transaction status, payment method type, card brand, and last four digits
BADA does not intend to store full payment card numbers. Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors.
F. Device, Technical, and Usage Information

- language settings, time zone, and IP address
- device identifiers, app instance identifiers, and push notification tokens
- diagnostic data, crash logs, and performance data
- screens, streams, or features viewed and interaction data

3. Sensitive Personal Information
BADA does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information except where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, such as account login credentials, mailing address for shipping or prize fulfillment, payment-related information processed by payment processors, tax documentation where legally required, age or eligibility verification information, fraud-prevention and security records, and legal or compliance records.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- create, maintain, authenticate, and secure accounts
- provide livestream, chat, product discovery, giveaway, shopping, and support features
- administer BADA-sponsored giveaways, record entries, select potential winners, verify eligibility, notify winners, and process prize claims
- generate shipping labels, ship prizes and products, and provide tracking and fulfillment support
- process purchases, refunds, taxes, and chargebacks
- send transactional, account, security, support, giveaway, order, shipping, prize, and marketing communications
- personalize and improve the Service
- measure usage, monitor performance, detect crashes, and troubleshoot issues
- prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse; protect the integrity and security of the Service
- comply with law, respond to legal requests, maintain records, and enforce our agreements
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
5. Cookies, SDKs, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
The Service may use cookies, software development kits, analytics tools, local storage, device identifiers, notification tokens, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, deliver features, send push notifications, measure usage, detect crashes, prevent fraud, and protect app integrity.
Our service providers may include Google Firebase (authentication, backend, database, cloud functions, messaging, analytics, crash support, and app-integrity); Agora (real-time live audio and video streaming); Shippo, carriers, and fulfillment providers (shipping labels, tracking, and delivery); Apple services (app distribution, push notifications, device integrity, and platform compliance); and payment processors if purchases are offered.
You can manage certain technologies through your device or browser settings, but disabling them may affect how the Service works.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers (hosting, analytics, authentication, livestreaming, fraud prevention, shipping, payments, support, and operations), Google Firebase, Agora, Shippo and carriers, payment processors, Apple and app stores, hosts and other users for public features, brand and marketing partners (aggregated/deidentified data only; we do not share entrant emails or shipping addresses for independent marketing without consent), legal and safety recipients, and business transaction recipients.
If a third-party prize provider is responsible for shipping or supporting a prize, BADA may share the winner's name, shipping address, contact information, and prize details solely as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
7. Public Features and Visibility
Livestreams, chat messages, usernames, giveaway actions shown in-stream, and other public interactions may be visible to hosts, brands, viewers, and other users. Do not post sensitive personal information, private addresses, payment information, government identification numbers, health information, or any information you do not want to be visible or retained.
BADA may record, store, review, moderate, replay, archive, and remove livestreams, chat, and other public interactions for operational, moderation, trust and safety, fraud-prevention, legal, promotional, and dispute-resolution purposes.
8. No Sale or Targeted Advertising
BADA does not sell personal information for money. BADA does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process personal information for targeted advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. BADA does not provide entrant email addresses or shipping addresses to brands for their own independent marketing unless the user separately consents.
9. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Giveaway, prize, shipping, and transaction records may be retained for legal, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, and fulfillment purposes. When we no longer need personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law.
10. Your Choices
You may update account information, manage push notifications through your device settings, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, subject to applicable law.
11. Account Deletion
You can initiate account deletion within the BADA app. If you cannot access your account, contact us at info@shopbada.com. We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, giveaway administration, prize fulfillment, purchase records, chargebacks, and enforcement.
12. U.S. State and Territory Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to BADA, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information; access, obtain a copy of, correct, or delete personal information; opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising; withdraw consent; and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

13. California Notice at Collection
Categories of personal information BADA may collect: identifiers (name, username, email, account ID, device identifiers, notification tokens, IP address, shipping address, transaction identifiers); customer records information; protected classification information (age eligibility); commercial information (products viewed/purchased, giveaway entries, prize records, purchase history); internet or electronic network activity (app activity, stream history, chat activity, usage data, diagnostics); audio, electronic, visual, or similar information (livestream video, audio, images, chat content); geolocation (approximate location from IP address and user-provided address); inferences (engagement trends, product interest); and sensitive personal information (account login credentials, mailing address, tax forms, and payment-related information).
BADA does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
14. California Shine the Light and Nevada Residents
California residents may request information regarding disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing by contacting info@shopbada.com with the subject line "California Shine the Light Request."
Nevada residents may submit a verified opt-out request by emailing info@shopbada.com with the subject line "Nevada Privacy Request." BADA does not currently sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.
15. Do Not Track and Preference Signals
BADA does not currently alter its practices in response to browser-based Do Not Track signals. If applicable law later requires honoring specific opt-out preference signals, BADA will comply.
16. Children's Privacy and 18+ Eligibility
BADA is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. BADA is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. Contact info@shopbada.com if you believe this has occurred.
17. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
18. International Processing
BADA is intended primarily for users in the United States. We and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate.
19. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties that we do not control. Review their privacy policies before using their services.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date or Last Updated date and provide notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means the updated Privacy Policy applies going forward.
